Ram Rod:       Rod used to drive home the charge of a muzzle loading gun.

                        (Used in the Revolutionary War  - 1775 - 1783.  13 Colonies vs. Great Britain)

                        Who's party is in the majority in the House and Senate;  Thus being

                         able to ram-rod the President/and Republican choice through.
