Earth Quake in central Italy

My thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by the tragic Earth Quake.

Fire and Flood

My deepest sympathy to the tragedy  of fire and flood.

Rebuilding on higher ground and not in a tinder box will make the future more secure.

Prayers for strength in dealing with this challenge.  Be of good courage.

The Casual Observer 8/18/16

To the Nigerian Man, Wife, and  Daughter:  the number of $200+ B. was actually $2+ B.
Consider this a correction.
I hope the young woman that are still kidnapped in Nigeria are soon released.
Boko Haram ,   I understand first wanted money, then  wanted prisoners  released.
Both requests  denied.   Would they release the young women if  Boko Haram  was forgiven what they
have done?    A long shot---but maybe it would work out.  Boko Haram has a tiger by the tail.


The Presidential Campaign has been terrible.  Rude. Crude, and Unrefined.

The Olympic's  have been wonderful.  Such great  disciplined athletes!

The moon is full tonight.  Last night the sky was a work of art.

Peace can be negotiated.

War can be ended.

All nationality's can be treated with respect.  We can all make this happen.

The police and the judges must treat the African Americans with respect and fairness.

The injustices of the police and judges regarding the blacks is just terrible.

We can help bring about change that is for the good.
