Most Condos are Stealing/skimming -$$$.

This stolen  $$ is shared with all levels of the corrupt.

This crime of larceny goes undetected through cash=kick backs, bribes,  and

bold-face lying.  I hope this  corruption can be checked with the help of

reporting Condo Budgets to the public, on line.

Kramer-Triad Management Co. Manages many/many condos.  They do banking at the

Deautche (sp) Bank.

The ( apx.30 yr)   President of Birmingham North Condos is a s crooked as a dogs hind leg.

City Halls are also stealing.  Public reporting, on line will help correct this problem.

But cash-kick-backs are not detected by the auditors.

If found guilty, the jail time should be based on the amount stolen without considering

statue of limitation.

A good friend,  (Betty J) of the manager, (Janet S.)  was head of the kitchen.  I believe the manager   
knew that the old people without a mind were being given bad food.   Many people complained to

the manager about the bad food.  Scott B. from the Sheriff's Dep't heard apx. a dozen people say,

when he asked them about the food, they all said awful, terrible, horrible;  and although they

complained, nothing changed.
