Income:  Tax reform + new ideas.

Debt Plan of repayment.

Expenses:

Gifts:  XXXX  Can't borrow to give gifts.

Wars:  Can't spend money you don't have on other peoples problems.

Needed:  People with High IQ,  good common sense and high moral standards.

All Public Financial  Records on internet.

Change law to make entrapment legal.  (You can only catch a quilty person.)

Highly respected people should be nominated for public office.

(Alcoholics,  Druggies,  people of low moral character, thieves, uncouth,   need not apply.)

Have checks and balances on all budgets.

Red Herrings

Red Herring:

"A diverting of attention from the main subject by introducing some irrelevant topic.

From the use of a red herring in training hunting dogs to follow a scent."  (Webster)

Examples:  Public attention to adultery,  sexual harassment,  and  exhibitionism.

Solution:  Wives  help solve the problems and keep it out of the press.

                 Press--keep the focus on Public Issues.
