Why are you so mad?
Is their a good person that you can talk to?
Do you have good reasons to be mad?.....(before the pepper spray.)
Is there a good person in your life to help you bring about the changes
that need to be made to help create a happier world for you?
The policeman should not have used pepper spray.
Who is the kindest person that you know?
Talk to them about your anger. What needs to be changed?
