I recalled that observation during Trump's State of the Union Message.

The Republicans  gave Trump many standing ovations...   More Ups and Downs  than

a cock at a wedding.

His ratings are at an all time low.

Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer could not have looked sadder.  Their hearts are heavy.
