All back yards would be backing to the South with yards big enough for a garden.
No houses would be built on flood plains, or in forrest fire areas.
Solar panels would be standard on all roofs.
Water content meter would be installed and be required on each house.
Electrical lines would be under-ground. (As in Germany.)
Roads would be wider.
There would be huge set-backs to allow separate paths for
walking, running, or biking. Foot paths would be great for the knees.
A storm cellar makes sense.
Water fountains, and benches, and lots of flowers, Maps, and Special Events Flyers.
