Protein - other than meat:

Eggs:  Hard  -  Boiled,  fried,  scrambled,  omelet,  keesh,  (sp.?) creamed, egg-salad sandwich,
 poached, etc

Nuts:  Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, Cashews, Brazil, Hazel, etc.


Cheeses:  Cheddar,  Swiss,  Pepper Jack,  Cream,   etc.

Fish and Seafood:  Perch, Pickerel, Cod, Tuna, Salmon,
Shrimp, Crab, etc.

Until the meat factories are safe from Coronavirus Pandemic.
