Should Insanity be declared for both?

 President  Trump has Anti - Social Personality Disorder.   (Crazy)


And the Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell,  declares his  favor  for the  Republican President


before the Senate , as Jury , hears the case  for Impeaching Trump?


Should both be declared crazy?  And the 25 Amendment be applied?


Declare them both crazy.  Apply the 25 Amendment.
