REPUBLICAN-RAISEN-BRAN-PRUNE-MUFFINS



MIX:

1-2 EGGS

3/4 C.  BUTTERMILK

1/4 C. MOLASSESS

1/4 C. OLIVE OIL

1 Ripe Banana


ADD 1 1/2  C. WHOLE BRAN CEREAL


MIX IN SEPARATE BOWL:

11/4 C. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR

2  t. fresh  BAKING POWDER

1/2 t. BAKING SODA

1 t. SALT

1 t. NUTMEG

1  t. CINNAMIN

1 t. CLOVES

1 C.  RAISENS

1 C. PRUNES

1 C. BROKEN WALNUTS


Use cup-cake papers.  Bake at 400* for apx. 15 Minutes.  Muffins are done when a  tooth pick come out clean.Turn muffins upside down on dish towels.
Steam will make it easy to remove the muffins from the paper.     ENJOY!
