Planned Parenthood

Every Father should be required  to pay one/half  of the cost of raising his children

through college/or job training.  The proof of his identity can be made today, thanks

to  modern science.   Emotional support and care also must be 50/50.  If he needs support

he should be able to get help through his Congressman.
