I think I would like to date, again, after a  20+ year hiatus .

An old  man asked me years ago ,   what I would be looking for in a man.

I said , "Someone single and sober."  He said, " You  ask too much."

Scruples,  a twinkle,  great thinking,  a kind heart, yadda/yadda/yadda.


Regarding my scalp - seborrhea -Dr's don't know what causes it or how to cure it.

My best thinking:  My gall bladder was removed in 2014.  It is no longer there to

process fat.  I took biotin - 5,000 mcg.;  The computer recommends 25-30mcg @ day.

I took 1 pill a day.  (20 pills) The fatty biotin pill could not be processed by my body .

Seborrhea the result.  Best cure:  No fat.  Beer/wine, Shampoo.  Sun.  A short hair cut.

And a spray bottle to be used for hair - apple cider vinegar.  To help remove fat.


Prune juice, bran, laxative;  to get rid of fat.
Buy cotton bras.  All skin needs to breath.
Don't smoke.
Spend time with  supportive/kind/funny people.
