The sunrise was beautiful this morning.  Pinkish,  then the sun rose into a glorious bright

 yellow/golden globe.


The Olympic Games are Grand.


Best Thinking:

Don't smoke.  It will make you sick and shorten your life.  Dah.

Wear cotton or linen.  These natural fabrics breath.  Most man made fibers don't breath.

Our skin needs to breath.


Write down all your worries.

Then divide them into 2 lists.  One list things where you can bring about change.

And the other,  list the things you worry about that you cannot change.  Put that list

in your Bible and ask God to handle them for you.
