To Remove the President from office:

Twenty-fifth Amendment

If the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office a 2/3 Vote  in Congress

is needed to remove the President.

If any Senator or Representative doesn't vote to remove this president they will never be elected

to any public office again.  (Including dog-catcher!)
