Houston, and surroundings, Texas:

After Rain and Rain and Wind and flooding and rescuing by boat and helicopter

and making it to shelters only to be flooded out again . Then news people and pres. & V.P.

start talking about rebuilding!!!

Rebuilding in a coastal swamp is  like Aunt Mary going back to  her  alcoholic/abusive

husband hoping that he would change.  Uncle Nelson never changed.  Dah!

Rebuild on higher ground.
