Psychiatrist Have Duty To Warn!

Psychiatrist's have the duty to warn Congress if they diagnose the President   to be mentally

ill.    The 25th Amendment states that mental illness is reason to remove The President

from office and have the Vice President take the Presidents place.

Possible Diagnosis:

Paranoid

Psychotic

Narcissistic

Sociopathic/Lying

Has a loose grip on reality
