If you run:

Run on gravel, sand, dirt, the board-walk or

your knees will hurt sooner than later.

Be wise with your weight or

your knees will ache.



Edit crabby people out of your life....

It's easier to be optimistic.



I think Bernie Sander's  idea about free college is great.

He's got my vote.  He'll get the super rich to pay.

It will be like a pay-back for the Megga Loan they got from Gov't.
