Good Mental Health -101





1.  Have supportive, responsible parents.

2.  Or have someone that is kind and supportive in your life.
      Possibly a friend, or neighbor, or teacher, or minister, or relative, or councelor,
       or Sunday School teacher,  or a 12-Step Program for being an Adult/Child of Dysfunction,
      or a Grandma or Grandpa.  etc.

3.  Find a group that meets regularly that has kind leadership.
      The group can be any healthy activity.  Eg.:  Sunday School, Scouts,  4-H,
       Book Club,  Hobby Club, Card Club, Sewing/Knitting Club, Art Classes',
        Photo Club,  Theater Group,  Sporting Events--Playing, Viewing,  etc.
        Supper Club.  Travel Club.  Etc.

4.  A good Councelor.   Or Shrink.
