The Refugees need water.  My best thinking:    Big  Refrigerated Water Trucks;  Lots of spigots .

Big water bottles.  1 or 2 gallon.  Maybe bigger.  Maybe thermal.


Prayer.

Many great minds will solve  the problems of the Refugees.
