Clairview Condo Board : Issues. 9/21/13, 10/22/14

1. Basement paint colors should be decided by people living in the building.
2. Parking -- One person units have one assigned space.
(Limited spaces for guests.) (This is a class Issue--Being considerate of other people.)
Solutions: Fines and or towing at owners expense. Or add more parking places.
3. When will drainage solution be completed? ?? Top soil and seed?? Trench the East side?
4. When will 1600 Oakland roof be completed?
5. Will the board try to recover the apx. missing $25,000.00 that disappeared in 2002?
6. Is it true that there is no statue of limitation on larceny?
7. With the problem of cash kick/backs--How can condo Owners protect their assets?
Presently the Board requires 2 signatures on all checks. The Management company
is in good standing. Previous Board Members and Management Co. were into Hwy. Robbery.
8. When will the lawn maintenance people: top-soil/fill/weed/seed/feed?
9. Anyone misplacing $25,000-more or less should not be on the board. Ya think?
10. When will the fossil fuel Edison Plants change there wicked ways?
11. Who's job is it to sand/stain the porches?
